This notice explains what AZS Ventures collects for AZS Armory and why.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, AZS Ventures stores the email address you submit, the signup source, the consent-notice version, and the signup time. We use that information only for product progress, availability, and launch-access messages. Joining does not create an account or begin a paid plan.

Waitlist records are retained until you unsubscribe or the launch-notification purpose ends. Launch emails include an unsubscribe link. Local website previews store test entries only in that browser and do not transmit them.

Accounts and trials

When accounts open, sign-in is handled by Auth0. We store your account identifier and email address, your trial and pass status, and the security logs needed to protect the service.

Payments

Stripe processes card payments. We receive and store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and paid-through date. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Private testing

For specifically invited tests, AZS Ventures may process the minimum account identifier, email, access state, diagnostic records, and security logs required to run the test. Test records are kept separate from Steam credentials.

Your choices

To access or delete your data, email contact@azsventures.com. We delete waitlist and account data on request, except payment records we must keep by law.

Data safety

Never send passwords, card numbers, or recovery phrases in a support message.
