Privacy.

AZS Ventures is the Malaysian operator and data controller for AZS Armory. The public site offers an optional early-access waitlist. It does not currently offer checkout or a downloadable launcher, and its fail-closed payment configuration contains no customer receiver address or provider secret.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, AZS Ventures stores the email address you submit, the signup source, the consent-notice version, and the signup time. We use that information only for product progress, availability, and launch-access messages. Joining does not create an account or begin a paid plan.

Waitlist records are retained until you unsubscribe or the launch-notification purpose ends. Launch emails will include an unsubscribe method. Local website previews store test entries only in that browser and do not transmit them.

Processors and location

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Neon stores waitlist records in Singapore. These providers process information only as needed to operate and secure the service.

Private testing

For specifically invited tests, AZS Ventures may process the minimum account identifier, email, access state, diagnostic records, and security logs required to run the test. Test records are kept separate from Steam credentials.

Future payments

If production commerce opens, this notice will be updated before checkout. Stripe would process card details directly; AZS Armory is not designed to store full card numbers.

Data safety

Never send passwords, card numbers, wallet recovery phrases, or private keys through a support message.
