Refunds.

Every account can try AZS Armory free for 7 days before paying. If it still doesn't work for you after you buy, this is how refunds work.

7-day refund on your first payment

If AZS Armory doesn't work on your setup, email contact@azsventures.com within 7 days of your first payment. Include the email address on your account and a short description of the problem. We will refund that payment in full.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are quicker to solve directly. If a dispute is opened, access may be paused while it is reviewed.

Buy only from AZS Armory

Passes are sold only through azsarmory.com and the official launcher. We can't refund payments made to anyone else. Never send card details, passwords, or recovery phrases by email.
